Jessie Winchel, Opinion Editor

Jessie is, hopefully, graduating this semester with both her associates in science and associates in art. She currently does not have a major but is leaning towards Journalism or Mass Communication. Undecided about where to transfer to, but, has been applying to colleges in the Chicago area.

Jessie enjoys drawing for the IV LEADER, along with writing for it. She is very involved at IVCC. A few things that she is involved with would be Phi Theta Kappa as their VP of Leadership, A student ambassador, Secretary for SPAMO and involved member including improv, show choir and the spring musical “Xanadu”, and a general member of over 4 different clubs including the English honor society Sigma Kappa Delta. As a member of the Round Table Gaming Society she enjoys playing Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, and when she gets a free time (What’s free time?) she enjoys playing on her new PS3.
