Spencer Marquez is a student at IVCC. He graduated in 2018 from Bureau Valley High School. Spencer plans to transfer to the University of Millikin and peruse a bachelor’s degree in communication. While at Millikin, Spencer plans to play golf. Spencer wants to pursue a job in the human resources department.
