Edible Car Contest returns

The Edible Car Contest at Illinois Valley Community College returned on Wednesday, Feb. 23. Local junior high and high school students were welcomed to participate alongside IVCC students, staff, and faculty.

The event was sponsored by the MIMIC project and the Workforce Development Division in celebration of National Engineering Week. Entries were judged on aerodynamics, design, speed, and creativity.
