Clare Phillips, IV Staff
Clare Phillips is a freshman at Illinois Valley Community College. She is majoring in Business in Marketing and is transferring after 2 years to a larger University somewhere in the State. Majoring in marketing will allow her to be a spokesperson for companies as she loves meeting new people!
