Volleyball season wraps up

IVCC’s volleyball team finished their 2021 regular-season campaign with a 5-23 record.

Sophomore setter Paige Champlin ranked 65th nationally in NJCAA Division 2 with 6.86 assists per game.

Sophomore Kaylee Hammerich led the team at kills per set with 1.84, closely followed by Aubrey Garettson with 1.71. Champlin led with 628 assists and 31 aces.

The team will lose several sophomores including Champlin, Hammerich, Emma Thomas, Morgan Hundley, Kaitlyn Walter, Anna Quesse, Macy McDowell and Alyx Carls.
