Keep Your Head Up, You’re Almost Through This
December 2, 2019
Around this time of the year, it seems like everything is conspiring against us to make us feel like garbage. There’s cold weather, snow and exam season coming right around the corner. I wouldn’t blame you if you’re feeling worse than usual.
However, I want you to know that you will make it through this!
Even though it feels like this semester will never end, we really only have a few weeks left! I know you can make it through your exams.
Don’t forget to start studying now. You will appreciate later the effort you put in now.
If you’re having trouble in your classes and are worried about exams, try hitting up the learning commons for peer tutoring. Another idea is to utilize your teachers’ office hours to ask questions about things you are having trouble with.
If you are really feeling down in the dumps, don’t be afraid to treat yourself. You really deserve it! Go buy yourself some Starbucks or go on a Target run. Just try to do something that makes you happy.
Above all, please take care of yourself. Remember that you are loved, and remember to love others.
Exams will be held on Dec. 6 and Dec. 9 through Dec. 11.
