● You all—you’ve made it halfway through the fall semester!
● Successful events—A Day Without Stigma, Hispanic Heritage Month events, and others. It breaks the routine and makes campus life fun.
Let’s make this better
● Campus involvement—student government barely had enough applicants to fill the spots. Look for applications in the spring if you want leadership experience from that organization. If not that, there are plenty of other clubs that need you too! Your resume and job applications will thank you and you’ll make friends and memories to last a lifetime.

Where do you want to go after IVCC? What do you want to be doing in 10 years? What can you do today to build a bright future?
Even if this is your first year here, it’s never too early to look ahead. You can talk with or apply to universities. Also, remember to make an appointment to meet with a counselor here at IVCC to plan your next semester and beyond.
Want to pay it forward? Set up a table with your campus organization for IVCC’s Open House and show potential students what IVCC has to offer.
