Students from IVCC’s Honors Program will host a Christmas gift-wrapping fundraiser on Thursday, Dec. 7 and Tuesday, Dec. 12 in the Student

Life Center from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit the program.

Students, staff and faculty are invited to participate in this fundraiser. Individuals should bring their unwrapped gifts to the Student Life Center.

After choosing the wrapping paper of their choice, individuals can choose from two options.

Gifts can either be wrapped on the spot or individuals can choose to drop off their gifts and return for their items at a later time in the day. The gifts will be stored in a secure place.

BriAnna Hagenson, Honors Program Vice President, emphasizes the convenience of the fundraiser.

“Don’t have the time or motivation to wrap presents for your loved ones? We do! Support the Honors Program by letting us take care of the hassle for you,” Hagenson said.

For students coming to campus to take finals, return their rental textbooks, or submit their final term papers, this fundraiser will provide a relief from the stress of finals and holiday preparation.

While there are no fees, donations are highly encouraged.
