Tracey Antle is one of three new nursing faculty hired at IVCC for this semester.

Where are you from originally?
Peru.

Where did you attend college and what degree do you hold?
Attended IVCC; St. Francis Medical Center college of Nursing (BSN) Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing (CNM, APN); Philadelphia University (MSN)

What classes or positions are you currently assigned?
N1201 and N1202 (Fundamentals of Nursing) and N1205 Pharmacology

Are you new to teaching?
Yes

What are your impressions, not only of the students, but also the atmosphere at IVCC, and your fellow faculty and staff?
Everyone here has been tremendously welcoming and helpful. The students are enthusiastic, and determined, and the atmosphere conveys an attitude of friendliness and warmth.

The faculty and staff

What is your favorite thing about the Illinois Valley area?
The natural beauty we are surrounded by.

The state parks have provided life-long enjoyment for our family, friends and relatives, and we look forward to each changing season.

What should a student know about you?
I am completely approachable and my goal is their success.
