Exploring Careers in Health Care offered on Feb. 12

Illinois Valley Community College’s Office of Continuing Education will offer a free information session on Exploring Careers in Health Care: Certified Medical Administrative Assistant and Pharmacy Technician (CEX-9952-309) from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12 in Room C 316. Registration is required.

The free session will give prospective students information on job outlook, certification requirements and the course content for the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant and Pharmacy Technician programs as well as payment plan options.

The programs are offered in partnership with Condensed Curriculum International, Inc. (CCI) and are designed to prepare individuals for entry level jobs in healthcare.
