Return of ‘Grunella, The Story Stealer’

Macy Anderson, IV Leader Columnist

After a long break from theatre, due to COVID-19, the IVCC theatre department has some things planned to bring back the joy of live performance.

The play “Grunella, The Story Stealer” will make its return to the stage after its first debut in 2014. This play is a story about a witch who wants her own story. She casts a spell on all the princesses including Snow White and Cinderella to forget their stories and who they are so Grunella can replace herself as the star of the stories.

This play was written, and will be directed by IVCC’s very own Dr. David A. Kuester.

To go along with this play IVCC will be holding improv classes to learn or brush up on the skill of improv.

IVCC is also planning on putting on a holiday show later in the year filled with all the classic holiday carols.
