To celebrate the 100th anniversary of IVCC, the Theater Department has decided to perform Tootsie this spring.
Show dates are April 11-14 and 18-21. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are at 7:30pm, with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m.
Tootsie follows Michael Dorsey, a talented actor who has a reputation as being difficult to work with. Unable to find any work, Michael decides to adopt the identity of Dorothy Michaels in order to land a role in a Broadway musical. The show stars Jake Jakielski, Tracey Way Childers, Xavier Barham, Rebecca Carter Eltrevoog, Gennaro Piccolo, Greg Tullis, Crystal Credi, and Brian Towne. The show is directed by Don Grant Zellmer and is produced by David Kuester.
