Men’s season ends with 14-17 mark
The Eagles men’s basketball team ended the season 14-17 overall and 5-7 in the conference.
In the Region IV tourney, they lost against Morton Community College 84-57.
Coach Chris Herman feels his team could improve by having a deeper bench, and he knows he will have more time to spend with the players he signs because he was hired as head coach in August last year.
Herman also noted that the Eagles are losing some key players like Torrance Johnson, a sophomore from Hope Academy in Chicago.
A highlight for the season was the Eagles victory over No. 7 ranked Kishwaukee College on sophomore night.
