According to IVCC Head Coach Eric Pinter, while the Eagles have had a very rough season so far, they’re going to approach the rest of the season one game at a time and leave it all on the field.
“Our record is not favorable, but it doesn’t reflect how the guys have been playing,” Pinter said. “Everyday the guys come out ready to play and give it their all and that is all that can be asked of them.
“We have been in alot of close games just one hit or play away from putting us over the top and that is baseball. If we continue to play hard, I know that those plays and hits will come and we will start to win games.”
