Hello again, Eagles!
I’m here again to fill students in on what the SGA has been doing these last few weeks!
First off, we would like to thank everyone who voted for our Freshmen SGA Elections! We would
like to welcome our three freshmen election winners, Cooper Spears, Emma Garretson, and
Avah Moriarty!
The SGA met with the President’s Council to discuss each of the SGA members goal(s) for the
year on Wednesday, October 24.
We were also asked to decorate a Scarecrow for the Oglesby Harvest Fest. With the help of
Cory Tomasson, we were able to do this!
On October 18, two college educators, Ryan Smulders and Judith de Kloe, from the
Netherlands, attended our meeting to learn how SGA is run here at IVCC!
