Hello, IVCC Students! It is truly a privilege and huge honor to be elected as the 2014-2015 student trustee.
For those of you who may not know me yet, my name is Amy Rogowski. I am a graduate of Marquette Academy High School where I graduated in the top 5 of my class all while playing three sports and being involved with several different clubs. I am currently finishing up my first year here at IVCC.
After I graduate here, I plan to transfer to Aurora University and study social work. I am excited to say I will play for our Lady Eagles volleyball team this fall. All home games are free for IV students, so come out and support your fellow classmates!
As your student trustee, it is my job to be the voice of the student body. This gives me a great opportunity to connect the students to the school board. This is my chance to make a positive impact to improve the college experience of current and future IV students.
If you have any ideas, questions, or you just need to better understand an issue, don’t hesitate to come talk to me. If you can’t find me walking the halls, come visit me in the student government office, or email me at [email protected].
I look forward to serving you throughout the next year! I will do whatever it takes to make sure your voices are heard. Best of luck on finals, everyone!
