How would you explain your services?
Our main focus is student retention, in both proactive and reactive efforts. We hold onboarding events, workshops, provide personalized support, as well as connect students to resources on campus and in the community. We also manage Eagles Peak food pantry.
What makes your services different from other IVCC resources?
We are unique in that we address non-academic issues students have; we are available to all students.
When can students use your services?
Hours in Eagles Peak differ from regular office hours. They are as follows: M/W/R 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are closed Tuesdays & Fridays. If there is an immediate need outside of regular hours, students can visit the Student Success Center or contact security.

What else would you like students to know about your offerings?
Students can come to us no matter how big or small their issue may be. We can help them address any barriers they’re facing.
