Bookstore Open by Appointment Only Beginning Monday
Beginning Monday, Dec. 14, the Bookstore will be open by appointment only.

- To schedule an appointment, call (815) 224-0311 or email your request to [email protected].
- Request your appointment as soon as possible. Appointment times are given in the order of request.
- Appointments last 15 minutes, possibly longer if traffic allows.
- No more than two individuals may enter the bookstore per appointment due to social distancing guidelines.
- You must bring your spring class schedule and a form of payment – cash, check or credit card (bookstore does not accept American Express.)
- Appointments are to pick up textbooks and shop in the store.
- When contacting the Bookstore, let staff know what book/supplies you will be purchasing so we can have them ready. You can prepay by credit card. All pick up orders must be prepaid. A pick up time will be given at the end of the phone call.
- The last appointment of the day is 3:30 p.m., depending upon staff availability.
- You must wear a mask to enter the college and to enter the Bookstore. (covering both your nose and mouth) Social distancing will be practiced as well.

- Order online and have it shipped to your home. Orders must reach us by noon Thursday, Dec. 17 to be guaranteed shipment before winter break.
- Order online and have it shipped to Ottawa Center. Orders must reach us by noon Tuesday, Dec 15 to be guaranteed to arrive at Ottawa Center before winter break.
