The spring semester is moving quickly, so that means it’s time for students to start thinking about summer and fall registration.

If you would like to register for summer classes, online registration begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 5. Phone and in person registration begins at 10 a.m.

Fall registration begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 11 online. Phone and in person registration begins at 10 a.m.

Project Success Director Chris Herman says summer classes are a great time to take extra needed classes. You can take up to 9 credit hours in the summer. If you would like to get the classes done even faster, you can consider taking a pre-summer course in May.

Herman also recommends that students should have a counselor do a degree audit for them when they register.

He says that this ensures students are on track when it comes to getting a degree or transferring.

Herman says the best time to apply to other universities is in October, around Halloween.
