The 2012-13 Support Staff Service Project to establish a Student Emergency Living Needs Fund is wrapping up, with three fund raisers planned before the end project.
The first is a Lasagna Dinner catered by Country Catering on Wednesday, Feb. 27. The dinner will include lasagna (meat or veggie) bread & butter and a salad for $6.
Tickets can be purchased at the following locations; HFASS and CTP division offices (E-208), Copy Center (B-112), Accounting (C-345) or Country Catering (cafeteria). Tickets will be on sale through noon on Friday, Feb. 22. Dinners will be available for pickup between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. Feb. 27. For more information, contact Marlene Merkel at (815) 224-0487.
Raffle fund raiser
The second fund raiser is a raffle. Several faculty and staff members donated the raffle items. The items will be displayed in the lobby area or can be viewed on the www.ivcc.edu/serviceproject website.
Tickets can be purchased Feb.25-March 8 in the HFASS and CTP division offices (E-208), Copy Center (B-112), or Accounting office (C-345).

Great Book Giveaway
The third fundraiser is the Great Book Giveaway on March 6 in C-316 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Books, videos, audio books, and magazines donated by IVCC’s Jacobs Library and IVCC employees will be available to the IVCC community free of charge. Monetary donations will be accepted.
