  • Keyboarded
  • Name of source, job or organization title of source, and contact information for source

Information can be submitted to the IV LEADER Office in B-317; sent to the IV LEADER through campus mail; mailed to the IV LEADER, Illinois Valley Community College, 815 North Orlando Smith Avenue, Oglesby, IL 61348; FAXed to IVCC at 815-224-3033, addressed to the IV LEADER; or e-mailed to lori_cinotte@ivcc.edu
